Private, self contained studio with direct access to undercover patio with table and daybed to relax by the pool. This is an eco-and pet friendly property with shared use of subtropical gardens and pool. The studio is an open plan design with separate entrance. It includes a comfy couch, 1 double bed plus kitchenette/bar, washing machine and bathroom. Only 5 minutes walk from great cafes, Jones beach, the park and a dog off leash area. The space This studio is located on the ground floor of our family home. The apartment is self contained and has its own entrance. It is fully equipped with everything you need however the front/backyard and pool area are shared spaces. Our family of 3 and our friendly dog Jasper live upstairs. We are very respectful, experienced hosts and try to keep sound to a minimum however you will hear some noises such as footsteps and mumbled voices. We make sure everything is quiet by 9 -10pm. Please also note the south coast train line passes behind our property with trains every hour and sometimes a cargo train during the night. We love staying in the studio when hosting guests in the main house. It is an eclectic mix of beach shack, gypsy caravan and scandi/bali design. Guest access Guests have private use of the studio. You are also welcome to share the pool and garden during your stay. Other things to note Please note the studio does not have air conditioning. There are heaters to keep the place nice and warm in winter and fans to use in summer plus ocean breezes and dips in the pool are the perfect way to stay cool. This property is pet friendly but please clean up after your furry friend so the gardens remain a pleasant place to sit and enjoy. The studio is a work in progress, it was an artists home for 2+ years now converted to BnB so slate is speckled with colour and paint. We think these rustic qualities add character to the place however if you are looking for hotel style accommodation try The Sebel Kiama as this studio is set up as a home away from home.
