The space Downtown luxury apartment has 25sq meters with a terrace on the 7th floor with elevator. Apartment is ideal for couples, but spacious enough for up to 4 guests to feel comfortable. The apartment has excellent WiFi signal, cable TV, heating and the AC. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, hair dryer and all the essentials needed for your stay. Kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. Sleeping area is furnished with new double bed with high class mattress. Comfortable sofa bed in the living space can be converted into the double bed. There are also drying wire, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner and slippers. Linens and towels are changed weekly in case of longer stays. Apartment will be perfectly clean when you arrive and final cleaning is free of charge. Cleaning also can be arranged on additional cost upon your request. Guest access Guests will be alone in the apartment and will have complete privacy during their stay. Guests will be able to access all parts of apartment, including the terrace. Other things to note Pets allowed upon request. AIRPORT TRANSFER (OPTIONAL SERVICE) If you need a transfer from/to the airport, a transfer can provided for 20€ (2400 RSD) per one transfer. A person would wait for you at the terminal and take you directly to the apartment. If you would like to arrange this, it would be best to tell in advance.
