Lux Villa is situated on the outskirts of wonderful Rijeka – Fiume, a beautiful coastal town with a rich cultural heritage, being well positioned as a base from which you can visit all the delights that Croatia has to offer, such as the Istrian peninsula, famous for its gastronomy and picturesque hilltop towns or the Opatija Riviera, a 40 km long coastal promenade known for its beautiful pebbled beaches and a variety of restaurants and bars. The space Lux Villa is located in a very peaceful area, just a few km from the crystal Adriatic sea, and lies within a wonderfully decorated and carefully tended botanical garden, with lots of palm trees, flower bushes and fragrant herbs. The villa consists of two tastefully decorated and fully equipped apartments rented as one unit, suitable for up to 9 guests, making it ideal for larger families or groups of friends. The hidden jewel of the estate is a lovely and authentic covered dining and barbecue area with massive home made wooden forniture and a stone fireplace, perfect for those who like to dine al fresco. In order to prepare traditional meals, you are welcome to use seasonal organic fruits and vegetables from our small eco – garden. The main feature of this charming villa is certainly the swimming pool surrounded by a large terrase and sun loungers, for your exclusive use only. The villa is air conditioned, has WiFi and a private parking for up to 5 cars, providing everything you need for a relaxing holiday. For those with energy to burn off, there’s a fitness center and tennis courts nearby. Important: Quietness and good behaviour expected.
