Ideally located, in the heart of Vieux Boucau, your family vacation will be perfect in this very bright 80 m² apartment. You park the car and the vacation begins. The apartment is 2 steps from the beach, lake, shops and market. 3 beautiful bedrooms + 1 alcove to accommodate you, a large living room perfectly equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave...) as well as a beautiful terrace. A private parking space is also available. The space The residence has 10 apartments; ours is on the second and top floor (with elevator). The vibe is family-friendly. All bedrooms with double beds (including one 160 cm) are equipped with large closets and bedroom 1 also has a dressing room. Linens, towels, dish towels are not provided, but can be rented by reservation in advance (€15/person). A cot can be lent as well as a high chair and a small bathtub. You will find basic products such as condiments (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee filters, sugar, flour...) and cleaning products on site. You can also find beach games, petanque balls, board games, books... Important notes: No wifi This is our secondary residence that we take care of. We will leave it perfectly clean and ask you to do the same when you leave. Guest access We will be happy to welcome you. Other things to note No Wi-Fi in the apartment.
