Our newly renovated vacation home (50 m²) is located in a quiet and sunny location, 1 km from the town of Oberwölz (Wieden 41). It offers you a cozy comfort space for 2 - 4 people with everything you need during your stay with us. The space On the first floor is a newly furnished kitchen-living room with cozy dining area, couch, TV with satellite, Cafissimo coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and dishes. In addition to an anteroom, there is a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. In addition, a large storage room (for bikes, skis, toboggans, etc.) is offered. On the 2nd floor is the bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed for 2 - 4 people. Sheets and towels will be provided. The house is heated with a fully automatic pellet heating system. A large garden with wooden seating and umbrella, as well as 2 sun loungers and a grill can be used. The vacation home also has a carport and parking space.
