Welcome to our modern, stylish and recently renovated apartment! With incredible views overlooking the beach, this one bedroom apartment is located in a secure complex in trendy West St Kilda. The beach is just outside your door and it's only a short walk to St Kilda’s best bars, cafes, restaurants and local tram stops, giving you the opportunity to explore Melbourne and the surrounding areas! The apartment has everything you could need for your stay and is warm, cosy and spacious. The space The space Bedroom: The bedroom is fitted with block out blinds, a comfortable queen sized bed and topped with hotel quality linen and professionally cleaned after every stay. The built-in wardrobes contain hangers, shelving, an iron and ironing board and enough space to store your luggage. New double glazed windows in the bedroom (Oct 2024). Living Room: Relax on our comfortable couch in front of a flat screen smart TV, with Netflix. A bluetooth stereo is also available. Split system heating and cooling. Balcony: Soak up Melbourne’s four-seasons-in-a-day weather! From the lounge room, you can access the balcony through the double glazed sliding doors. Take in the epic view of the beach while enjoying a wine! Kitchen: Our fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with an oven, cook top, dishwasher, cooking utensils, appliances (microwave, nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich press), a fridge and basic pantry supplies for those times when you just want a home cooked meal. Carpark: For those with a car, yes, this apartment does come with its own carpark. It can be a little tight for big cars but is located under the apartment and easy to access. There is also street parking that is unlimited time wise. The apartment is on Beaconsfield parade, so there is some road noise although the bedroom and bathroom now have double glazed windows (Oct 24). Bathroom: The bathroom has a separate toilet. It is stocked with quality linen and complimentary toiletries for your perusal. (Please note - the shower now has a door on it). Laundry: A combo washing machine/dryer is located in the bathroom. Beach towels supplied. Guest access A set of keys will be made available to you via a secure keysafe. Detailed instructions will be provided before your arrival, allowing you to check yourself in. No shared amenities, the entire apartment is all yours to enjoy. Interaction with guests We’re fully contactable before, during and after your stay should you have any questions. Other than that, we will respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy yourselves! Other things to note The property is professionally cleaned between each guest stay, ensuring that our high standards are passed on to you. We ask that you respect our neighbours during your stay and be mindful of noise levels, especially at night. Please note-we qualified as part of the Airbnb plus programme but decided to no longer be part of it due to the lack of control we had over our listing.
