Stump Cottage - Cosy, comfortable cottage!

We have a 100 year old cosy cottage that we have recently added a new kitchen and bathroom onto. Your guaranteed a good nights sleep with brand new velvet curtains cushioning you in. During the day rays of sunshine light up Stump cottage so take advantage of the outdoor furniture. The local pub, cafe, park and Super market is a quick walk or minutes drive down the road. The Oreti river is a quick walk or drive away, a beautiful way to spend an afternoon. The space Stump cottage is very private, hidden behind big hedges and trees. It has it’s own private carpark within the property right beside the cottage. If you look at Stump cottage you’ll notice it’s on a-bit of a lean! That’s it’s uniqueness! Half old, half new. It’s very close to the village of Lumsden, Oreti river, cycle trail and other destinations that you can take a day trip to. Southland has so much to offer so this is a great cosy nook to either spend a night or use while you explore the surrounding’s. Guest access Stump cottage is completely separate from the main house. As the guests drive in the driveway into their allocated parking spot they will be able to access the cottage at the door above the wooden steps with the glass door to enter. Other things to note We have a washing machine and dryer that can be used on request. Coffee, tea, sugar & milk provided.
