There are 2 one bedroom units. Each accommodates 2-4 people. The Villa is located in a private setting and residential area. It is near restaurants, bars, cafes tourists shops mini markets and travel agencies. 2/3 of a kilometer to the Beach! Please note that we are in the process of obtaining a 4 or 5 star rate by the Organization of Greek Tourism, (EOT). There are 2 identical one bedroom units available for seasonal rental at the Bennett Estate. Each unit is 50 Sq. M + 20 Sq. M. of Balconies and accommodate 2-4 people! The Villa is in a private setting and is located in a residential area. Each unit has a nice size bedroom. In 1 one unit there is a queen size bed in the bedroom and in the other 2 twin beds. In addition, each unit has a queen size sofa bed in the livingroom area. The kitchen, dinning and living room areas are a part of a large room with each having its own space. Choice of the unit with the queen size bed or 2 twin beds in the bedroom, is first comes first serves. This place has everything someone needs for a comfortable stay. Access to WiFi, free phone calls to most international countries and advanced TV cable service. There is a 32 inch TV with a DVD player and a radio with CD player in the living/ dinning room and kitchen area. Other items available are a hair dryer, iron and iron board, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven, flash light, umbrella etc,. If the family travels with a baby, we can provide a crib, feeding chair, small bathtub and a toilet seat. Towels are provided daily. We also provide beach towels. Bed linens are changed 2 X a week and as needed. Housekeeping service is provided 3 X a week. Toiletries such as hair shampoo, shaving cream, tooth paste, tooth brushes and dental flush are provided. Mosquito repellant and sun block lotion are provided upon request. In addition, there are available board games, coloring books, water floats, and puzzles. In the pantry, in addition to bathroom tissue, paper towels, and napkins, you will find water, wine, tea, sugar, salad dressing tooth picks and much more. And if you wish to prepare a meal, there are also several spices available. For more details please see the pictures. Please note that the price is adjusted according to the season. The guests will have access to the swimming pool across the street, within a walking distance access to mini markets, cafe, bars, restaurants, discos, harbor, beautiful beaches, water spots, tennis court, tourist shops, travel agencies for local and long distance travel arrangements, car and motorbike rentals, bus service to Corfu City/ town, Taxi service, medical and emergency care ATMS and much more! The Hosts are sensitive to the needs of their guests. Therefore, the level of interaction will be accordingly. It is very peaceful, quite and private, surrounded by green and Mountain views. The heart of the resort of Sidari and nearest beach is within walking distance, (approximately 700 meters). The bus stop to Corfu City is across the street. For more info look at the guests access section. The pictures do not adequately show the beauty of this place. The place is very Beautiful with breathtaking rose and fruit tree gardens. The rose garden consists of 60+ rose bushes. There are approximately 25 fruit trees. This includes, Orange, Lemon, Tangerine, Grapefruit, Banana, Chestnut, Walnut, Apricot, Cherry, Pear, Fig, White and Red Grape Vines , Kiwi, Pomegranate, White Plum, Black Plum, and other kinds of fruit Trees! It is very Beautiful and Peaceful!
