It is a spacious 1BR condo in The Mactan Newtown w/ an overlooking view. There are amenities available within the place such restaurants, ATM, Bank, convenience store, food chain, and taxi stand. It is atleast 5mins drive to neighboring Hotels and Beach Resorts like Shangri La,Crimson, and the likes. It is atleast 20mins from the airport depends traffic. Cooking is allowed w/ basic cooking tools available for use. Free access to infinity pool. The space This unit can accommodate 2 guests. Guest access Mactan Newtown Beach(Private beach ) Beach pass is 350 pesos per head 7 years old and below are free of charge. Swimming pool are free. Open from 8AM- 10PM Gym is only open for long staying guests with atleast 6months contract. Other things to note Please be aware that sometimes the water pressure is weak depending on the time of the day, it may be difficult to get hot water as the water pressure affects the functionality of the water heater. And that, there are times that hot water won't come out.. Please have patience to wait. And no smoking inside. Please note that the swimming pool is close during Monday as that is the day they will do the cleaning. Please do not hang clothes at the balcony as it is not allowed. You can have a penalty if the guard see a hanging clothes in the unit.
