The SENSORIA THERMAL BATHS are a 10-minute walk away as well as the CABLE CAR that leads to the PLATEAU D'ADET (free shuttles/buses) The apartment is bright (large bay window), facing south It is composed of: - 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds in 90 + small dresser - 1 bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower (refurbished at the end of 2015) - 1 living room/kitchenette with sofa bed 140 + storage - electric cooking plates, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, towel dryer... NB: SAINT LARY SOULAN is located at the foot of Néouvielle - 30 min from LOUDENVIELLE (water park, Lake GENOS, inflatable playground, paragliding area) - 30 min to the Spanish border (towards BIELSA) - 30 minutes from other friendly ski resorts such as PIAU ENGALY and PEYRAGUDES. Hiking documentation is available in the apartment as well as many brochures. No pets allowed - Non-smoking apartment. No weekend rentals Cleaning to be done when leaving the studio (€30 deposit). Guest access Tennis courts reserved for rental residents Other things to note Before your departure, the apartment must be cleaned and returned to the state of the arrival (deposit €30).
