The master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite and access to private rear courtyard. The second and third bedrooms are both king beds (which have the option to split into 2 singles). The house is single storey with level parking directly alongside the house and central courtyard. The house has a garage that boosts secure storage for 6 bikes and surfboards. We have a hot outdoor shower that you have to try. From the house you can kick back and take in the the incredible forest views. The house is under 5 years old and a solar passive design. The house does not have aircon for heating and cooling. This is Margaret River and there are only a handful of days that are really hot enough for aircon. During the winter the house is heated by a wood fire, there are no heaters in the bedrooms. Fire wood is provided. The house has concrete floors, its very nice to look at, but some guests find it chilly on their toes, might be worth bringing your slippers. For those quiet evenings in, kick back with a glass of Margaret River finest wine or beer and enjoy a movie or your favourite TV show on our 55” flat screen tv offering a range of screening services from Netflix etc. We offer free WIFI and everything you'll need for an epic stay.
