Responsible 🌐 use of the internet (no illegal downloads). 🛁 Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness in common areas. 🤝 Be respectful of everyone at home and of neighbours and residents. 🚫 No guests allowed. 🛑 For safety reasons and community regulations, bicycles and electric scooters are not allowed to be brought into the property, even if they are folded or switched off. 🕘 Quiet hours: 7:00 pm – 8:00 am 🧺 Laundromat nearby There is no washing machine or dryer in the house, but there is a self-service laundry one block away. 🏡 Good neighbors 🐱 I live with two adorable sterilized cats. 💻 I work from home as a senior volunteer in NGOs. 📋 Legal By Spanish law, a seasonal lease contract is formalised, in accordance with Article 3 of Law 29/1994 (LAU) and RD 1312/2024, with the person making the reservation, who must identify themselves upon arrival and check in online with Partee. If someone else shows up, the reservation will be cancelled without a refund. This property is not a permanent residence, does not allow registration, its use is strictly temporary and is offered exclusively under the modality of seasonal lease in accordance with article 3 of the LAU.
