What we offer: • Self-catering apartments with kitchen facilities • En-suite rooms with ceiling fans and mosquito nets • Spacious compound with swimming pool, chill bar, and garden • Centrally located: ~10 minutes’ walk to the beach and ~30 minutes’ drive from Malindi Airport Important to note before booking: • Hot water is not available in the property. Showers are at room temperature. • Cats live in the compound and you may also hear neighborhood dogs, which is part of the local coastal environment. • Power supply in Watamu may sometimes be affected by local maintenance, and we do not have a backup generator. Our property is warm, relaxed, and social — perfect for travelers who value authenticity and don’t mind a rustic coastal touch. We look forward to hosting you! Guest access The guest has access to the shared garden area, the pool and bar area. Other things to note • Kindly note that Watamu experiences occasional power interruptions due to ongoing maintenance in the area. We currently do not have a backup generator, but we provide rechargeable lights for your convenience. • We provide bathroom towels, but guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. • Our property has a shared compound with other units, but your studio remains private with an exclusive balcony space. • Pool hours are open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for all guests. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. • We can assist with arranging local tours, transfers, and activities upon request. • For any special requests, feel free to contact us prior to your arrival so we can better prepare for your stay.
