The estate is located strategically in Batam Centre area, Central of Batam Island. Hence, it is easily reachable & near for you to travel to any places of Batam. It has a Big space. If you are a smoker, You can smoke at the back yard / in front of the house. There are some charges for using the pools due to recent changes of Estate Management Policy.
