PRIVATE ACCESS TO THE BEACH FROM YOUR TERRACE: The apartment consists of a studio with veranda (30m2) and a terrace of 50m2; At the end of the terrace, a small gate opens onto the private beach access; The residence is secured with electric gate, and a private parking space available; The beach is monitored (lifeguards) and is located in a quiet and sheltered area. Bike path out of the residence; coastal path joining Sanary Six-Fours and The Brusc. The space Our apartment has a bedroom area (one double bed) with sea view, a living room with sea view, a bar with dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom. Our apartment is located on the ground floor with direct sea views, a fantastic place to enjoy breakfast in the morning or a sunset in the evening, with direct access to the beach from your own terrace! IN THE CONTEXT OF THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC (COVID-19), we are currently implementing additional health measures! Our safety is everyone's priority, which is why we have worked on a comprehensive health protocol so that your stay with us is in full compliance with health safety rules: • Systematic disinfection of housing; • Wearing a mask and applying hand sanitizer at the entrance and exit of the premises; • Respect for barrier gestures. Guest access Guests can enjoy and private access the full apartment. The apartment is located in a private residence (with secured access – gate + digicode) and you will have your own private parking place (parking lot # 17) at the entrance of our apartment. Other things to note Linens and towels are not included in the rental. linen pack option: 15 euros/person A deposit check of €400 (not cashed) will be requested upon arrival and returned upon departure after a check of the accommodation. check-in times: between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. depending on our availability. Checkout times: between 8am and 11am according to our availability. For check-in after 8 p.m. or check-out before 8 a.m., there is a surcharge of €40 to be paid upon departure. animal surcharge: €15/animal
