The space NewHaven Fremantle was built by William Dalgety Moore, explorer and businessman as an engineering facility as part of his company buildings in 1885 & was converted into dwellings in the 1990's. NewHaven retains the history & integrity of the building in its design. The town house is designed across three levels with King & Queen bedrooms with ensuite & a daybed on the mezzanine first floor. Open plan living with kitchen, meals, internal courtyard, main bathroom & laundry on the ground floor. NewHaven is centrally located with everything Fremantle has to offer within short walking distance yet is very quiet & peaceful. With over two stories of floor to ceiling iron framed glass on the two main walls, it gives a feeling light & space. The featured cobbled limestone wall remains in its original form, built by convicts. There is one secure car bay for our guests with internet access. The listed price is all inclusive of cleaning & linen. Bins go out on a Monday evening for Tuesday morning pickup.
