Welcome to your American paradise getaway with spectacular ocean views! Our house is on a peaceful private property on top of Capitol Hill just minutes from Saipan's famous beaches, amazing hiking trails, world-class restaurants, and shopping. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accommodate late check out or early check in because of high demand and the house is usually booked. However, we can arrange to store your luggage. The reservation is for 4 people. It is $20 per day for each additional person. Our unique location is perched high above Capitol Hill and is just a short drive to Saipan's downtown area and other top destinations. Our guest home has the following amenities Powerful air conditioning KITCHEN: coffeemaker, tea kettle, microwave, drinking water, dishes & silverware, pots & pans, stove, spices, and a large refrigerator(URL HIDDEN) BEDROOM #1: king-sized bed BATHROOM #1: attached to bedroom #1 with luxury massaging shower panel BEDROOM #2: queen-sized bed with private entry BATHROOM #2: spacious shower LIVING ROOM: large comfortable sectional sofa and flatscreen 4K TV with access to streaming network One full-sized fold out sofa and one extra mattress Full length floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean Privacy shades for all windows and door Shaded deck and patio area Washer and drier (shared among other guests) Guest access The entire house is for your private use. You will also have access to a private entrance with parking and a beautiful outdoor seating area in the orchid and fruit garden. Other things to note Because the house is on a private road, it may be difficult to find when you first arrive. Please keep this in mind and print out driving directions prior to your arrival Due to health concerns, SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the house. You may smoke outside. Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. This guest house is best suited for your private, quiet, and relaxing getaway. Saipan has a wet, humid climate and is known for having comfortable weather year-round. However, the sun can get very intense, so be sure to get sunblock and mosquito repeller!
