Our first floor two 2 bedroom apartments just a few minutes' walk from central York. The apartment sleeps up to 4 adults and has 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, seating & dining area. All our apartments are furnished & equipped to a high standard. The apartment is on a quiet side street just off Bootham in central York. You can walk to the centre of York along the beautiful, tree-lined 18th Century Bootham street and be at York Minster within 10 minutes. The space Our Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is ideal for a group of friends or a family to stay at enjoy a short break in York. It comes with a full kitchen, dining table and sofas, together with a TV. The bedrooms are set up as doubles. You can have one bedroom set up as a twin if you request this prior to your arrival. The apartment has two bathrooms. We provide a welcome pack for all our guests, including tea, fresh coffee, and some locally made chocolates. There is also a small jug of fresh milk in your fridge and a small washing up kit of a cloth, sponge, tea towel and washing up liquid. The apartment has a dishwasher. We provide all towels and bed sheets for your stay and some complimentary soaps, body wash and shampoo. If you want to do clothes washing we have two communal clothes washers and two dryers that are free to use. We have car parking available on site. We charge for this and you need to reserve a parking pass prior to arrival. Guest access We have an office that is open 7 days a week to help you access our apartments and to sort out any questions you may have once you've arrived. Opening times are 9.30 until 17.30 weekdays and 10.30 until 14.30 weekends. We are always delighted to be able to help you find places that interest you and to recommend local restaurants and bars. We have a simple check-in procedure where we send you the code to one of our secure key boxes that are located at the front of our apartments. There is a light to help you if it's dark when you arrive. There are laundry facilities at our apartment blocks. There are two washing machines and two tumble dryers that are free to use.
