In order to ensure a peaceful occupancy, all guests are requested not to make too much noise in the apartments during their stay. All guest are requested to respect “Quiet Time” from 11 pm to 6 am. The following activities / consumptionare not allowed inside the homestay premises: Durians, Smoking, Drug, Gambling, or any other activities that are against the Law of Malaysia. No Pets are allowed during your stay in any of our accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony & patio area, any smoking inside the house/ apartment will result in penalty of RM200. No shoes are allowed inside the house, a penalty of RM50 will be imposedfor any shoe marks found on the floor. Any illegal activities & vandalismin the common area will be reported to Police or authorized department. Guest should follow the Facility’s Rules & Regulationset by the Building Management, guests are kindly requested to read before using the facilities. Swimming Pool: Guest are required to wear proper swimming attire Kid’s Playground: Any damages and / or stealing of any play equipment and items will attract a replacement fee. Lost or damage of parking device, parking access card and accommodation access card, keys will attract a fee of RM100. Apartments / condominiums should be left in good and clean condition. Extra charges of RM50 will apply if units are left in a dirty and messy condition. Any breakage or damage of any equipment and / or furniture will be charged to the guest accordingly to the inventory price list. The management will not be responsibility for any dangerous activities, illegal activities and loss of valuable items during the stay due to guest negligence. Guests are requested to park their vehicle at the designated parking lot and parking is at guest’s risk.
