Parties are allowed 🎈 You can make noise, but please refrain from excessive noise outside at night, as there are still neighbours 200 m. away. The space You'll get the upper floor of the villa only for you. One piece with large mezzanine dormitory. No separate room. ★★★★★ The manager is often on the lower floor but will leave when there are big parties. He will never complain about noise. You can be more people for the party, but then you should consider bringing disposable tableware, beyond 15-20 persons. And there is only one bathroom. Living surface: Approximately 80 m² without the mezzanine. 💦 POOL (not heated) operational around May to September, depending on the weather. There are sometimes invasions of ants and ladybugs, a few flies, and spiders are quite active in summer outside the windows... But the manager is there to help you if needed ;)
