NEWLY BUILT Industrial chic apartment inspired from my travels to Scandinavia and Europe. The apartment is filled with sunlight and stunning decor. It’s design is influenced by industrial interiors with its exposed metal beams and corrugated ceilings combined with different textured soft furnishings and strategic lightings to exude coziness. This kind of design is often found in New York or in London apartments. The space The space is unique as it is not a typical apartment you will see in the area or in the Philippines. The place is ideal for relaxation, chilling out and working remotely. The living area offers a decent size television with NETFLIX offering unlimited movies perfect for movie marathons. There is a WiFI connection providing internet connectivity. The kitchen is fully equip to accommodate modern living and comfort. There is inverter aircon, refrigerator, built in induction cooker, bread toaster, rice cooker, water heater, cooking utensils, cutlery, glasses, plates, tea pot, coffee press etc. The bathroom is tastefully decorated providing a perfect sanctuaryh to unwind while having a warm shower. There is a balcony area where guests can chill out, have a smoke, read a book or even have a meal. The design of the balcony is tailored to invoke coziness with its contemporary seats and table as well as plants surrounding the space. Guests can also access the roofdeck area. There is a sink in the roof deck and a basic grill for guests to barbecue and have a few drinks. The view in the roof deck is wonderful for sunset and sunrise with a view overlooking lower Antipolo. The bedroom is cleverly design to accommodate 2 bedroom with it's mezzanine room. This kind of unique living space and layout is mostly expected in New York or in London flats to maximise the space. There is a roofdeck area where guests can chill out, have a smoke, grill foods or even do yoga. The view in the roofdeck is perfect for sunrise and sunset overlooking lower Antipolo. Guest access The guest will have the whole apartment (Unit D) for themselves. It has a working kitchen where they can cook meals with all the necessary equipments and utensils (fridge, microwave, rice cooker, coffee press, tea pot, stove etc.). The guest can access the whole house: Living Dining Kitchen Balcony Bedroom Bathroom Roofdeck lounge area **Free parking within the premises is included. Other things to note Two persons are already included in the rate. Extra person is 350 pesos per night. Maximum of 6 persons only. Please let me know if there is more people than 6 persons coming because I also have another unit available. Also listed on Airbnb. Check in time is from 3pm-10pm Late check in (beyond 10pm) is charged at 200 pesos. This goes directly to the caretaker.
