The space We have a no pet or child policy. This property is not child or pet safe due to wildlife. The Guest House has been fully renovated from floors to vaulted ceilings. When you walk thru the front door you enter the living room with a lovely couch, TV, table and chairs for playing games or snacking on the perfect charcuterie board from one of the local shops. You will also find a kitchenette (not a kitchen for cooking), which has a Keurig, microwave and a undercounter frig, stocked with Kcups, tea, hot coco, waters and popcorn. The spacious bedrooms are located off of the living room with each bedroom having their own private bathroom supplied with lush towels and toiletries. Each bedroom also has their own entrance with inviting seating to chat, take in the views or read a book. EVERYTHING in the Guest House is new from the furniture to the cozy organic sheets! Each piece was picked with the intention to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. The property is centrally located to all the surrounding towns… Hop in the car and in less then 10 minutes you can be sipping wine in one of the many quaint tasting rooms of Los Olivos or grabbing a tasty bite in downtown Santa Ynez. Or head to Solvang and walk around the dutch style architecture and find some yummy treats. There is so much the valley has to offer we are happy to provide suggestions from restaurants to wine tours. After a fun day of wine and food come back and relax and enjoy the views in your private jacuzzi, the perfect way to get ready for another day in paradise. Enjoy your stay at the guest house. Other things to note Although we are nestled in the hills, noise travels. City ordinance notes all music and noise must be shut down by 10:00 pm. This means the jacuzzi as well. Our property is tranquil and we hope you treat it as such. Only guests staying at the Guest House are allowed on the property. Max of 4 people total, allowed on property.
