Surry Hills studio with views

Located close to bustling Oxford Street with glimpses of Sydney harbour. I enjoy watching the boats from my window with my morning cup of tea. My home has a welcoming, breezy and homely feel, with fast WiFi, a comfortable Queen sized bed, plush feather pillows, an old but very comfortable lounge, and a small kitchen equipped the essentials. There are lots of fantastic bars, restaurants and cafes at your doorstep, with regular transport to all tourist destinations, or a short walk. The space The apartment has district views facing east, and you can see parts of Sydney Harbour which is really nice to wake up to. The space is clean, comfortable and conveniently located. It has soft wool carpet, a small kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. The bathroom has a bathtub if you want to relax after a long day sight seeing. You can help yourself to any of the food in the pantry or fridge. The pillows are comfortable, there is also good quality sheets and towels. The WiFi is super fast fibre broadband, about 80mbps. There is a TV with standard free to air TV channels, Apple TV with Netflix capability, and a selection of DVD’s. IMPORTANT! Before booking please be aware. The apartment is in a busy night spot and transport hub (Taylor Square) which means it can be quite noisy at night, especially weekends. For most people, it is easy to get used to, if you are a very light sleeper I provide ear plugs. For me, I love the hustle and bustle of the city and don’t mind the noise, but everyone is different. The best restaurants and bars in town are in Surry Hills and the surrounding areas, so you won't have to walk far to have a great night out - so while it can get noisy, it’s very central to all the fun. Please note; the apartment does have its imperfections such as old cracked paint in the kitchen and on the bathroom ceiling, it isn't clear in the photos but the paint is old and patchy in parts, also around the windows. I only mention this so guests are aware, it’s nothing that will stop you enjoying the place, only minor cosmetic issues. This is my home, I live here most of the time and when I am travelling for work or staying with my family I open it up to guests. If you are looking for a clean and comfortable flat with a homely feel, which has everything in working order, look no further. My flat is well priced for the location and the views, and is part of a viabetnt neighbourhood that offers everything you could need for your trip to Sydney. There is also regular bus links to almost anywhere you’d need to go, or a very enjoyable walk through the beautiful and leafy inner city back streets. Other things to note Any guest who needs assistance to gain access into the property due to a lost or locked-in key will need to pay a key access callout fee of $35 for assistance.
