"La Maïrena" means the hilltop village: An enchanting and preserved hill with a unique view, a peaceful haven. Cork oak hills overlooking the Costa del Sol and offering incredible sea views, the Mijas golf course located just opposite and the few pristine mountains still protected. You can get to the center of Marbella in just 15 minutes. The famous Nikki Beach is just down the street from the apartment; atmosphere and entertainment guaranteed The space Quiet but not far from all amenities. The apartment is however hyper functional; fiber optic wi-fi, satellite TV, BeING sport... Guest access 2 large terraces; 1 represents the relaxing space, the other convivial with a living room and a dining room with a magnificent view of the golf course, mountain and sea. During your stay I welcome my guests in person, I explain to them how the apartment works; a binder is also at their disposal with a multitude of information; activities, visits, restaurants, local markets... etc. Having done hotel management, the apartment is fully disinfected and meets the Covid19 disinfection health standards. I can take care of your appointments for PCR or antigen tests before your return. I also organize lunch or dinner on request, being a good cook, I make healthy food with vegetables from the market garden, the meat is bought in a good butcher shop, the same for the fish. Other things to note The location of the apartment requires renting a car as taxis are quite expensive. I can help you book your car and get you very good prices. If you book by yourself or through a broker, DO NOT TAKE additional insurance on the booking site, as the insurance is managed by the BROKER and not the rental company! On site, the agency will hold a "guarantee" on your credit card between 1200 and 1500 euros. If you take the "ALL RISK" insurance strongly recommended by the local rental agency, no guarantee will be requested and you will ensure a hassle-free vacation.
