Located on the beautiful, quaint cobblestone streets of Hacimemis, Alacati, our charming 2-story Chateau was built in the traditional Aegean Style with stone walls & beautiful architectural features. When visiting Alacati, you will live like locals sharing coffee & conversation as you sit at our cafe tables on the cobblestone walkway, or stroll down the street to the local cafes, boutiques, wine bars, & restaurants. Enjoy a day at the beach or spend the day relaxing on our private back patio. Our home offers a large upstairs bedroom with Queen bed, full bath with walk-in shower, bay window seat which is perfect for reading or enjoying coffee or tea. You can also step out onto your own balcony to enjoy the pool view next door and share a glass of wine at sunset. Downstairs we have a bright, airy living area with lots of windows looking out to the front cobblestone street and your own private stone garden patio out back with dining table set for 4-6ppl and even a portable bbq grill. Our sofa pulls out into a comfortable queen-sized bed and we have a 1/2 bath, washer/dryer combo, wardrobe, and a stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee & tea makers in case you want to cook at home. Amenities include AC, heat, WiFi, Smart TV, 2 beach chairs & towels, 2 SUP inflatable paddle boards, picnic basket, bathrobes, extra towels & blankets, use of our neighbor's pool for an extra fee, and more! Our home is located on a quaint, cobblestone street not accessible by a car (which keeps it quieter than most areas in the village and really charming!) however, there are free parking lots within a couple of blocks walk. Once you arrive, you are in the village of Hacimemis, within walking distance to all of the cafes, boutiques, restaurants, bars, galleries, and more! You will live like a local in what I see as the most beautiful village in the World! Owners, Jill La Fleur & Gokhan Filiz are bi-lingual, speaking both Turkish and English (with bits of French and Spanish :) We are available via email or text when needed. The area is filled with amazing restaurants, cafes, wine bars, boutiques, galleries, and our weekly Saturday Bazaar! Just a short bike ride to either Alacati Port for windsurfing or to the charming town and warm, touquoise thermal beaches of Ilica. Our neighbors will make you feel like you are a local resident and we are surrounded by some beautiful boutique hotels in case you need additional accommodations for friends or family! You also have the option of adding on a daily Turkish breakfast delivered to your door! There are parking lots located nearby that are free. We are just 2 blocks from the famous weekly Saturday Alacati Bazaar. Steps away from the heart of Hacimemis, Alacati with it's numerous restaurants, cafes, wine bars, boutiques, ice cream shops, galleries and more! Just a short drive or bike ride to Alacati Port Harbor or Ilica Beach. 15 mins to Cesme port where you can take a ferry to the Greek Island of Chios for the day! 15 mins to Dalyan. 30mins to Urla wine country.
