Each apartment comes complete with its own large living / dining area, kitchen, bedroom 1 ensuite, bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom and a seperate wash room in the living / dining area. Our aparments are part of the 23 units residential units in the building, so it's very PRIVATE. The apartment has many facilities that you as guests can enjoy such as pool, garden, fitness. Guest access Some apartment are equipped with electronic locks with keypads so that you can arrive at your convenience and don't need to coordinate picking up keys. Some that do not currently have (we are in the process), the keys can be picked up at the office during office hour (Mon - Sat 0800-1700), for off hour pick up, you can pick up the keys from the security guard (you shall need to show the confirmation details). Access to the building is LOCKED after 17:00, the security guard can open the access door for you during the Off hours.
