The space Cottage style house set on 3/4 of an acre in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges. Just 50 minutes to Melbourne's CBD but you feel like you’re miles away. Only a 7 minute drive to the local town of Belgrave where you can find cafes, supermarkets and shops. Or take a ride on the famous Puffing Billy steam train. (you can hear its whistle from the back yard). A 13 minute drive to the Kallista Organic shop where you can find all the food you need to nourish during your stay. Take a drive to the top of the mountain, passing quaint little towns and lush forest on your way. If you enjoy being out amongst nature, you will find many walks to explore and meet the wildlife along the way. The house is close to the gorgeous Aura Vale Lake, a 20 minute walk or just a 2 minute drive away. This is our family home, and we believe it brings with it the comfort and feel of a cozy, but large cottage. There are three bedrooms (two upstairs and one downstairs) and two bathrooms. A living room with a fireplace and a separate sitting area which is alongside the dining room and kitchen. These all share views of the tree tops giving a tree house feel. It is child friendly and has a trampoline, sandpit and lots of green space to play. There are many toys, books and games to play with. Outside, there is a large picnic table and BBQ to be enjoyed.
