The balcony overlooking the sea - 1st line and facing the sea

A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too The space The apartment faces both the sea and the mountains, so it is very cool in summer. It also has ceiling fans. Guest access As well as the pool, before entering the main building door there is a small door with full-length and foot showers. While this may seem trivial, it is one of the best things about the building, because you avoid queues at the foot showers on the beach and you can wash away the the sand from the chairs your feet, flip flops etc. We use them every day. The shower in the apartment is equipped with two 20-layer filters to purify the water and leave your skin feeling perfect.
