You will be staying in a bedroom with a double bed (and an extra bed for a third person at an extra cost) in the city centre of La Spezia. Perfect for couples or families! It’s a 5 minute walk to the train station-direct to Cinque Terre and 10 minutes on foot to the pedestrian shopping and dining zone. City license code (CITRA): 011015-LT-0044 The space Our place is located in the city centre of La Spezia on a quiet residential street only a few minutes on foot from the central station of La Spezia (La Spezia Centrale). The Chaplin Room is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and ample storage space. Attached to the large room is a smaller room with a bed for bookings of three people. The third bed is charged separately and does not come included for bookings of only 2 people. For younger children we also have a crib available. The apartment has one other AirBnB guest rooms which may or may not be occupied during your stay. You have a private bathroom and a shared kitchen. You will receive a key that locks your room, so that you can feel at ease about your belongings when you are out. Our place is on the second floor of an apartment building with an elevator after some steps at the entrance. Guest access There is free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and a TV in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and some basic supplies. There is an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and a designated space in the fridge for you. In the bathroom you will find a shower, toilet, sink and bidet. We also provide soap and a hairdryer. Fresh towels will be available in your room. During your stay We provide a welcome book with all information for your stay, but if you have any questions you can always contact us by phone, email or through the AirBnB platform. This is a family run AirBnB place and we live near by. Other things to note If you wish to leave your luggage after check-out it can be arranged for €10.
