The space • The hotel reception opens from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., so for late arrival please inform us as soon as possible. Also, if you arrive before 3 p.m., you will not yet be able to go up to your assigned room but you can leave your luggage at the reception in order for you to start your stay in Geneva. • The hotel is located in the city center along the Rhone River, about 10 minutes by foot from the railway station and about 30-45 minutes by bus or by train from the airport. • All our rooms are non–smoking. They are equipped with a telephone, WIFI cable TV, refrigerator, hair dryer and a kettle for our guests to prepare tea or coffee at their convenience. • You will receive a free transport card for the area of Geneva, valid throughout your stay on UNIRESO (public transportation network), which you will receive automatically some days prior to arrival. Please also note that: - Our hotel does not offer breakfast; however, there are several cafés within walking distance of the property. - Our rooms have heating but are not equipped with air conditioning - a fan is provided in each room. Guest access Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and rooms are ready from 3 p.m.onwards, so if you arrive before that time, you will not yet be able to go up to your assigned room but you can leave your luggage at the reception in order for you to start your stay in Geneva. For an eventual early check-out, please simply leave the key on the desk of your room or on the bed (this way the room will remain empty but unlocked for the cleaning service to be able to come in). For an eventual late check-in (after reception’s closing time), please note that you will receive all necessary information to access your room through Airbnb's Messaging on the date of arrival.
