Get out of the Hustle & Bustle of the city and come & watch Sunrise on the Deck to Starry Nights by the Firepit. The space The property consists of 3 Houses, 2 of which are available for guests and the other, owner occupied. The 1st House is the Main House and the 2nd House, is made up of 2 studios, all offering luxury, privacy and breathtaking views. Eaglemont comfortably sleeps 2 to 8 people which can accommodate 4 people in each house. This holiday home consists of a 2 Bedroom House (Main House) + 2 Bedroom Studio (2nd House). - Groups 1-4 will have access to the Main House. (2 beds) - Groups 1-6 will have access to the Main House + 1st Studio. (3 beds) - Groups 1-8 will have access to the Main House + 1st & 2nd Studio. (4 beds) Please note that you will never be sharing the property with other guests. The owner occupies one of the three houses which is approximately 60m away from the main house. Eaglemont's Main House is a stunning three level building. Top Floor: Loft Style room with King bed, an oil heater & floor fan. Middle Level/Entry Level: Lounge with Air conditioning, 2 ceiling fans & fireplace, TV, Electric keyboard, Kitchen, Formal Dining (with Air conditioning) leading to a Balcony and 1 Full Sized Bathroom (Combined Bath/Shower & Toilet) & Separate toilet. Ground Level: Open plan King bed with TV & Pool Table, ground level leads onto the outdoor area with a Fire Pit. Eaglemont's 2nd House consists of 2 studios, both with views of the valley. 1st Studio: King bed, full sized ensuite bathroom with a shower over bath, TV, fireplace, ceiling & floor fan & balcony. 2nd Studio: King bed, full sized ensuite bathroom, fireplace, ceiling & floor fan, TV & balcony. No neighbours! Bring your camera, the views are amazing!!! Note: Please read captions on photos for accuracy Guest access Access is available to the whole 100 acres except for the 3rd House which the owner occupies. WHAT'S INCLUDED: Eaglemont is stocked with a selection of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, glassware and dishwashing supplies. We supply salt & pepper, ground & instant coffee, instant decaf, black tea & some herbal teas, sugar, sunflower oil, margarine, tomato & bbq sauce, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, shower gel and hand wash. PLEASE NOTE - We do not supply milk. We also provide you with bed linen, doonas, blankets, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels and a bath towel for each guest. Firewood, fire starters & matches are also included. Other things to note - Please note that you will never be sharing the property with other guests - No loud music or sounds to be played after 12am. - The houses run off rainwater tanks. We ask guests to just be more mindful of water usage. - We use mobile broadband & as it is a rural property, our location affects speeds & reception. WIFI is very temperamental, we cannot guarantee its speed, reliability or availability during your stay. - If a TOTAL FIRE BAN takes effect you will not be able to use the outdoor fire pit. - Any extra guests over the number booked will be asked to leave or a $150 per person penalty will be applied - Minimum 2 night stay is required when booking during Easter or Christmas Registration Details PID-STRA-16406-3
