In recognition of its unique concept and the designs, "tefu yoyogi uehara" was awarded the Good Design Award in 2020. tefu yoyogi uehara 401 features a blend of Japanese and modern influences, exemplified by the raised floor-seating area adjacent to the custom-built bunk bed. The “bunk bed” features Simmons mattresses, and our home has a fenced in terrace that provides a safe, outdoor space which can be much welcomed in the city. Our home is located a short 5 min walk from Yoyogi Uehara station. The space Check-in time is 8PM. Check-out time is 8AM. We would appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation for office use. The room features an open plan that can be segmented into different rooms by closing the sliding doors. The first area you will come upon is the dining area. (The kitchen in this room is reserved for the host, please use the kitchen next to the living space). The dining table is spacious, and can double as a working space. The living area is designed in the style of a Japanese home, with a low table and seat cushions facing the TV. A customized bunk bed featuring Simmons mattresses is attached to this space, and for larger groups a futon can be prepared in the floor seating space to accommodate up to 6 people. The terrace can be accessed from this space as well. There is a compact kitchen attached to this space. It includes basic utensils you may need for cooking. ★Amenities★ In addition to the amenities listed below, we provide: + Rice cooker + Washlet toilet + Electric kettle ★ Check-in ★ The official check-in time is after 8 pm. We are occasionally able to offer early check-ins on Saturdays and Sundays. If you would like to check in early, please message us after 8PM (Japan Time) on the day before your arrival to check if it will be available. ★ Check-out ★ Checkout is at 8 am. We are unable to store luggage after check-out, as the room must be prepared for the next guest. ★Housekeeping★ Please keep in mind that the services with the following below are not included during your stay. Towel exchange ・During your stay, 1 set of towels (1 bath towel and 1 face towel) will be provided for each guest. Bedding exchange ・Beds will be set according to your group size. 1 set of bedding will be provided. Cleaning services during your stay ・The room is cleaned before your arrival. Additional amenities ・Amenities not listed on this page (toothbrushes, condiments, etc) are not provided with your stay ★ Garbage ★ Please sort your garbage for recycling, and leave it inside of the property. Garbage produced from vacation rentals is classified as commercial waste, and must be collected by a licensed company after your stay. If you request collection during your stay, there may be an additional fee. Depending on the collector’s schedule, please understand we may not be able to collect the garbage at your desired time. ★ Visitors ★ Visitors without a reservation are not permitted to enter the property. If someone will be coming to visit even for a short time during your stay, you must include them in your reservation. ★ Availability ★ The calendar on this page shows our availability, so please feel free to book without inquiry. We also often accept last-minute bookings. The first paid reservation will get the room. So most of the time the early check-in or late check-out will not be available. ■The kitchen space next to the dining table is reserved for the host, and not for guest use. ■There is 1 locked area in the apartment. This space is reserved for the host, and cannot be used by the guest. (The host will not be present during your stay.) ■Please do not flush a lot of toilet paper into the toilet at the same time, as it can clog. If repairs are needed, you will be responsible for any fees incurred. ■As a registered private lodging business, the Japanese government requires that we collect the following information from all guests. 1. Some details about your group, including your occupations and home addresses. 2. A photograph of each guest's passport. *Not necessary for Japanese nationals or those with a registered address in Japan. **As this is an unmanned property, SOFA status guests must also provide a photograph of their passport. Other ID including military ID cannot be accepted. Check-in will be done via a tablet. ■There is a rental space for holding events on the 1st floor in the same building. There is a possibility of noise, especially through weekends, when events are held there. For guests who are sensitive to noise, please bring earplugs with you.
