A stone building formerly listed in the Napoleonic cadastre welcomes you for your getaways with friends and family. The vacation rental is located on a 14-hectare property. Small food farm with vegetable garden, grain-raised laying hens and a chestnut grove. On site, a shop with farm produce and other local products. The space In a hamlet in the Ardèche, at the end of a path, discover the Pays'âne farm, in the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park, and enjoy one of our three fully equipped cottages. The Dutch gîte is a small independent house of 42 m2 completely renovated for 4/5 people, composed of a main room on the ground floor with kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room with toilet upstairs. Access to the upper floor is via a staircase. Equipped kitchen: electric hobs, large electric oven and microwave. Filter coffee maker. Refrigerator/freezer. Dishes and kitchen utensils. Sleeps: 2 juxtaposed single beds and 1 bunk bed 90 x 200 in the bedroom. Extra sofa bed 120 x 190 cm in the living room. An area with barbecue, table and chairs allows you to fully enjoy the outdoors. Shadow our adorable Newfoundland and our two donkeys, always ready for a little walk, will delight the little ones but also the older ones... A hiking trail crosses the property and allows several varied routes. On the ground floor of our home, a farm shop offers farm products and local products wine, honey, beer, ice cream, terrine... Food shops, market and restaurants in the village of Saint Sauveur de Montagut located 9 kilometers away. There is also the river with a landscaped beach and supervised swimming, but we can also reveal our secret swimming spots with waterfalls and jumps. The Eyrieux Valley will seduce you with its unique landscapes. For a stay or a short getaway, visit the villages, go hiking, go down the river by canoe, do tree climbing or pedal along the Dolce Via! To admire a breathtaking panorama: breathe in the great outdoors at the Belvedere in Saint-Sauveur-de-Montagut. Further away, Mont Gerbier-de-Jonc is 1 hour away, the Ray-Pic waterfall. The south of the Ardèche is 1 hour 15 minutes away with its caves (Chauvet cave, Aven d'Orgnac), Vallon Pont d'Arc... You can follow the news of the Ferme pays'âne on social media. Guest access The hamlet and the farm are accessed by a small communal road that ends in a dead end where you will have access to a private parking space right in front of your cottage. As the road becomes the hiking trail, it is not possible to go any further and get lost! We live and work on site, so you will always have someone to welcome you personally. Late check-in time possible after prior agreement. Check-ins are usually after 4 p.m. and checkouts before 11 a.m. when rentals are back-to-back. On weekends and if the schedule allows, it is possible to arrive earlier on Friday and leave on Sunday in the late afternoon. Feel free to ask! We'll do our best to meet your requests. A bus connects Valence Ville train station to the village of Saint Saviour of Montagut located 10 km from the farm. (Line E12. Valence/Le Cheylard) Other things to note To be paid on site: Linen option 9 euros per person including sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath mats and dish towel. End-of-stay cleaning option 40 euros. Pet fee: 25 euros per pet. Provide a deposit check of 250 euro.
