Surrounded by beautiful Cornish countryside, it's a perfect base for exploring the area. Ideally located for long woodland walks. Well behaved dogs are welcome too. The space The house is modern, light and airy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker, microwave & Nespresso machine. French doors onto garden. Other things to note I've lived here for seven years and love the quiet suburban location. I've rented a room in my home for a few years and have really enjoyed hosting but in 2021 I decided to offer my entire home for the summer. You’ll find the holiday home a clean, tidy & clutter free space. Dogs & Children… As well as the enclosed garden, there is a lovely green opposite the property which is ideal for families including the pooch! Just a few steps away (no car needed!) is a beautiful woodland walk with views of the viaduct and long walks around the reservoir.
