We are located 150m from Veer Savarkar Airport(just Behind Hotel Lemon Tree), Port Blair. We have a Roof top Cafe also. Coffee cafe is located at 200ms from our house with bakery shop. Cellular Jail, Marina Park, are 3.5kms from here. We our-self, stay in first floor of the building and the rooms available are in ground floor and second floor of the building. We heartily welcome people from all backgrounds. We provide a kitchen, if you wish you can cook yourself. WE ARE LOCATED JUST OPPOSITE TO PORT BLAIR AIRPORT EXIT GATE. • The property is under CCTV Surveillance. • There is 24 hours water supply and Free Wi-Fi in the entire property. • There is a Genset for power cuts which are not uncommon in ANDAMAN. • There is a free parking space for 2-3 vehicle inside the premises EASILY. • The unit is fully air conditioned and fully furnished and has a living area, dining area, kitchen and balconies. • There is an LED TV with Satellite connection. • The kitchen is equipped with a Refrigerator, stove and basic utensils. Gas shall be provided on payment and on request at very nominal charges. • If you want breakfast from us, then just let us know when you check-in. Breakfast will be charged separately. • Young kids below 9 years will be given charge free stay. We have a Property Manager on site that is available between 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM and available on call 24/7. The Manager can also arrange for airport transfers and car/bike rentals if required at a nominal charge. Other things to note Linen and towels are changed every 2 days for stays of more than 2 days. Linen change is done twice a week for guests staying more than 7 days. For stays that are a month or longer, extra sets of linen will be provided. We have the laundry boy's number in case you need to wash your clothes; you can get the number from reception. Washing is not allowed due to poor water management by the city's municipal corporation, leading to a significant water shortage even though we are on an island. Smoking is allowed on open balconies, but if alcohol is consumed, please ensure that the rooms remain clean and tidy. We kindly request that guests respect other guests staying at the property by refraining from playing loud music after 9:00 PM.
