Chatsworth Retreat

Nestled amongst native trees in iconic Chatsworth Road, this accommodation provides privacy in a standalone location. Located next to our home, this is a separate suite and bathroom which has TV, bar fridge, some kitchenette amenities and a heater. Great overnight location after work commitments, a family occasion or for a weekend away. This is a very quiet location with a short drive or ten-minute walk to Silverstream Village, Supermarket, Railway Station, restaurants and a local Gastro pub. The space In summary: + We respect your privacy in a separate location. + This is a one-bedroom sleepout with its own large ensuite plus cupboard storage and wardrobe. + Can accommodate 1-2 guests + You have your own carpark right outside your suite and full access to the outdoor areas that are shown on the site photos. + Check in is between 2pm and 9pm and checkout by 11 am. We will provide detailed check-in instructions when you book. + The suite has a microwave, electric kettle, toaster and fridge, plates/glasses & cutlery for two, but not full cooking facilities. Free wifi with a smart TV, Sky Channels and Chromecast connection that enables you to screen your own medias through the suite’s internet data link. + Guests staying for more than 3 days can have access to the main house laundry facilities through separate arrangements. Other things to note Under new NZ Government IRD rules effective 1 April 2024, Air BnB is required to collect GST on Host's accommodation prices and cleaning fee on NZ listings. This means for each night stayed, you will be charged 15% shown as occupancy taxes on your invoice. Please note we, as your host, have not increased our nightly rate.
