The farm sits directly opposite 'Petticoat Creek' beach, making it the perfect spot to relax & unwind. The listing is self contained with a private gas bbq & side burner (pot, pan & cooking utensils inc.), wood fire, reverse cycle air conditioning/heating,open plan living, separate bathroom/toilet,tv/dvd/cd player with bluetooth,toaster, kettle,microwave,bar fridge. Swimming Pool Opening Hours: 9am - 9pm October 1st - Easter Monday The Beach Cottage is cosy with unique decor, warm colours, locally handcrafted furniture & original features. This is an inviting open plan beach front space with a view overlooking your own garden with infinite ocean views. The Beach Cottage is suitable for 3 guests. This listing has your own private beach front deck with picnic table, perfect for breakfast or a romantic meal on a balmy summer evening. Kick back in your own private beach front hammock with a book, or drift off to the sounds of the waves. Guest access Say hi to the ponies living on 'Picnic Hill' which has stunning views of 'Petticoat Creek' Beach & Apollo Bay-There is a winter whale watching deck at the top! Shared solar heated salt water pool to use or nip across the road to the beach. Contemplation area by our tranquil stream.
