Sandra & Ricky are pleased to be hosting Rostrevor Pickers Cottage located just 3 minutes from the Maria Island Ferry. Stroll around the historical Rostrevor farm which was once one of the largest orchards in the southern hemisphere and is now a family run fine wool and hereford cattle farm with many original buildings on site. This lovingly restored farm shed turned contemporary cottage is nestled in the shade of a centuries old oak tree, perfect for taking in the country quiet. The space Refurbished in 2020 this cottage boasts a brand new bathroom, kitchenette, queen size bed, glass doors which leads out to a spacious deck and BBQ area Guest access Feel free to have a look around the farm, we only ask as it is a working farm if you can leave the farm gates as you find them, if it's open leave it open, if it's closed please close it behind you. Other things to note We offer a Bavarian "Brotzeit" Platter as a dinner option for $44 Included are traditional Bavarian meats, Tassie cheese, fresh homemade Sourdough bread and seasonal crudities (see photos) If you'd like to add this to your stay just let us know after booking!
