The space It is an open space, reasonable table and chairs, views off both front and back verandahs of the local scenery, very green. We do not used poisons or insecticides for the benefit of our guests and the environment. The west facing verandah has one of the best views of Nimbin Rocks in the area. We are close to a number of water falls and national parks. It is only one Km to Nimbin but I suggest due to road damage that driving is safer. It is my greatest pleasure to host families, individuals or small groups. We do not do parties unless prior arrangements are made well in advance. If you book it, it is yours, we do not share or use as a dorm. the listing can accommodate from 1 to 6 guests (adults), if a group may have an infant, and can supply bedding or be happy with the set up? that is fine. Guest access Due to March floods, we have been unable to maintain access to the back of the property, some of the water falls and national parks in the area are also still not operating as normal. Please search online for any features of the local district you would like to visit, just to make certain that they are open. Guests can access most any part of the property except for private quarters of caretakers and the owner. with 60 acres there are a number of tracks to walk along, and the views are magnificent. We have a couple of dams that are frequented by local water birds and visiting water birds alike. There is opportunity to interact in the garden if you so choose, we always welcome a little help in that regard with an abundance of gardens and many more to come, we hope to have a flowering paradise for any nature lover, and a welcome place for bees and other nectar loving animals and bird life. Other things to note all current rules apply as per situation. your listing is self-contained. plenty covered verandah for sun or fresh air. We do not charge for cleaning; this is to keep the place affordable for all. Please ensure to tidy up, sweep, use the bins provided inside and outside.
