Central by Sea- 3 Bedroom Cosy Home

Welcome to Central by Sea. The open floor plan offers indoor/outdoor living. The kitchen opens on to a deck area and ample size private back yard. The house has double glazed tinted windows which creates a private, comfortable and quite environment. The space Central by Sea is a tastefully styled 3 bedroom home which offers a fully functional kitchen. The open living design provides, indoor/outdoor living with a flowing design. Bedrooms are accessed via a main passage which can be closed off to the main living area. This allows for family entertaining. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have been tastefully styled, they both have queen size beds and a tv in the master bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds and tastefully styled with the family in mind. The port-a-cot which has been indicated as common area additional bedding will need to be requested. Linen for the port-a-cot will need to be provided by the guest. Guest access You will have full access to the entire house and private rear yard. The home will not be double booked. Bedrooms may be locked according to the requirement specified by the guests. Don't forget to ask for the specific bed combinations so that we can meet your requirements. If additional beds are used a fee will be incurred. If any unruly parties or gatherings are held and the house is at risk of being damaged we reserve the right to evict all parties. Additional to our house rules we reserve the right to evict any of the guest if found to having animal on the property. We have a pet free policy and if pets have been found to have stayed with out prior notice an additional cleaning fee of $200 to allow for a deep clean of all furnishings. Other things to note The home will be presented clean, tidy and fresh. Upon leaving do not make the beds as we would like to make sure that they are fresh for the next lot of guest. Please turn off the lights, fans, heater and electrical appliances. We also have video surveillance at the front door so that we know that you have safely checked in and departed on time . As we already have a later than usual check out time. A $20 late checkout fee maybe applied due to additional fees incurred from cleaning staff.
