PLEASE NOTE: we DO NOT have a laundry service due to not being on mains water and sewage, as we enjoy being within 100 meters from the mighty Murray all waste has to be removed by a truck at a cost. PLEASE NOTE: Linen/Bedding is NOT provided: we can provide all quilts, pillows, sheets for an extra fee - Please see below for cost. This property IS NOT suitable for loud parties due to the quiet area. Please respect our neighbours, many of them are residents that don't appreciate party goers ruining their peace and privacy. Our neighbours will not tolerate loud noise or unruly behaviour, which will lead to eviction and loss of bond. If you’re looking for somewhere to party, this is not the place for you, but if you are looking to get together with family and friends and enjoy each others company and socialise then we are the place to do that. The Murray River can be dangerous, we highly recommend that all guests equip themselves with life jackets should they be entering the water. The river front is NOT fenced. Children to be supervised at all times. Guests boats can be moored at the jetty however no responsibility is taken for loss or damage to guests items including Boats/Jet Skis and or equipment. Guests are responsible for any damage to the private jetty. - no responsibility taken for any injuries etc occurring on the river or equipment bought to the property.
