The house has only two floors, but includes a landscaped garden, open kitchen, balcony, two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets. The kitchen is equipped with induction cooker, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker and pots and pans. Regarding transportation, there is a Tamade supermarket, convenience store, and shopping street. 1 min walk to subway station, 2 stops to Shinsaibashi, 4 stops to Umeda.
