Hoping to encourage personal communication and building relationships, we opted not to provide Internet, hence the low room rental rate. Swimming Pool use is free of charge for 2 guests only. Php 150/extra guest Paid parking is off premises. Strictly No Smoking & No pets allowed. The Tower is equipped with CCTV cameras and Smoke detectors and Sprinklers A list of Rules & Applicable Fees will be discussed upon Check-In Note: The unit is fully furnished & ready for occupancy but the tower is still being completed. Guest access Pool access for 2 guests is included in the rate. Common areas are accessible: lobby, corridors, elevator, and the outdoor gardens Other things to note The unit is ready for occupancy however the building/complex is still being completed.
