Artist's corner in Lezzeno

The home is located in a recently renovated building in a quiet historic village of Lezzeno, 6 km from Bellagio. It has a double bed with its own private bathroom. The building has two floors, in the entrance there is my art studio, on the 1st floor there is the bedroom with private bathroom, on the middle floor there is the shared living room with balcony and on the 2nd floor an apartment rented to traveling guests. The space The house is located in a hilly location, between narrow pedestrian streets about a 5-minute walk to the center. In this house, two rooms are rented separately, one is the private room with the bathroom and the other is the apartment. In the entrance hall, there is my art studio. I don't live in the house. The house itself is 3.5 floors high, with 1 kitchen and 2 common rooms with balcony overlooking the lake, one room is the music room and the other is the living room. The 2 rooms for rent have a view of the hill. So, if there are guests in both rooms of the house, there will be enough space on the balconies with views for everyone. The lake views are very beautiful. There are 4.5 restaurants in town. You can also swim at the city's beach. Guest access This is in a mountain and lake area with very narrow streets, the parking lot is nearby, the house is within walking distance which is 100 steps. It is a privileged area within walking distance of the bar, food shop, groceries, restaurants, various churches, beach, pier and bus stop. I recommend comfortable shoes and a desire to walk. For the guests of the house, there are shared and common spaces which are the living room, the balcony, the large kitchen, the entrance, the terrace and the stairs inside the building. During your stay The building houses my Atelier at the entrance. I will be present for most of the day and available for any questions or information.
