This accommodation has spacious bed room with kitchenette and big wash area and is best suited for business travelers or tourist who would like to have lush greenery, water bodies & peaceful surrounding having amenities like a resort. This house can be called as glass house as more than half of the house uses glass to cover the structure and can accommodate two guest. People who would like to do have peaceful environment to do thinking or just relax will also love this place. The space The accommodation is on 18th Floor and has beautiful view from bedroom as well as washroom. It is well suited for Business Travellers, Tourist, Bag packers, Couple. People who have height phobia should avoid. Guest access Guest need to take care of property and the surrounding. The property is noise free & litter free. Guest can access 60 acre nature reserve park for walking/jogging and visit temple. Other things to note 1. Breakfast is not included. However kitchenette with induction and utensils have been provided for making breakfast/light cooking. There is departmental store within campus from where you can order for your daily needs. 2. We will provide Water bottle and few tit-bits to eat. 3. Pool & Gym are there within campus but you need to pay guest fee for its usage. 4. Guest can order for ready made foods from restaurants that offer free delivery but acceptable mode of payment is cash only. 5. Cleaning staff is available at fixed timing only who will do dusting, brooming & cleaning floor with wet clothes. 6. Laundry service number will be provided. This will be paid service. 7. Any additional work like cleaning of utensil & hand washing of clothes can be agreed on between yourself & cleaner. We donot inervene in this. The arrangement & agreement will be between yourself & cleaner. 8. This being a residential complex, silence needs to be maintained.
