Our lovingly♥ furnished and standard equipped "Bijou Lake Side" with view and access (2nd row) to the beautiful Lake Thun, offers you your perfect holiday experience to relax or explore the region extensively. Experience the Bernese Oberland at its best! The space In our bright 2.5-room feel-good mountain (64.7m2) you will find everything you need for a relaxing stay. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a kitchen, the living area and a bathroom/shower. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160x210). An additional foldaway bed can *on request* be unfolded into another double bed (140x210). A comfortable sofa bed, which not only invites you to linger, but also offers another guest a place to sleep (138x198), can be found in the living room. With us, up to max. 5 persons stay overnight (from 3rd person additional costs). A new, modern bathroom/WC with a wonderful rain shower awaits you. We provide you with fresh towels and shower towels as well as good-smelling bed linen. You can also look forward to great shower and shampoo products. In the kitchen you will find another highlight: a quooker! Boiling water in seconds - so your pasta or tea is ready even faster! Our private beach is available free of charge in summer as a sunbathing lawn or bathing area, which can only be reached after a few steps over the road. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite. The parking lot is suitable for up to max. medium-sized vehicles. A washing machine or AC is not available. Guest access You can park your car under the shed directly at the entrance to the Bijou (max. medium size). Other things to note Important information: ** The apartment is located in an apartment building on the 1st floor and is only accessible via an external staircase and a small internal staircase. ** There is no washing machine and luggage storage before check-in is not possible. ** The apartment must be left as you found it. Please leave our things in the apartment as they are placed. Major soiling of furniture, bed linen and general inventory will be charged additionally. ** 🐞 Note on Insects – Nature Included Our properties are located in some of the most beautiful natural areas of Switzerland – near the lake, in the mountains, or surrounded by greenery. With this natural setting comes the possibility of encountering... well, nature. Despite regular and thorough cleaning, it can happen that insects such as mosquitoes, spiders, or beetles may occasionally find their way indoors – especially in summer or if windows are left open. We provide insect spray and, in some apartments, fly screens for your comfort. Please understand: This is not a sign of poor hygiene, but simply part of staying close to nature. If you appreciate being near nature, you’ll feel right at home. If you're expecting a completely insect-free environment, a city hotel might be a better fit. ** Please note that the service charges for the guest will be passed on to us.
