Our apartments are situated in the heart of Laganas, close to everything: 5 mins on foot (500m) from the main strip with the best bars/restaurants/shops of Laganas area and only 12 mins away (700m) from Laganas beach. Their central location makes it an ideal location for couples or for a group of friends who want to relax at the private outdoor space or at the swimming pool of the nearby hotel and at the same time be within walking distance of everything. The space This listing is for two separate properties which are one next to each other: an apartment and a studio. The apartment is on the first floor of the building and has a bedroom, a kitchen-living room area and a bathroom. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests, as following: - Bedroom: double bed (2 guests) - Living room: double sofa bed (for 2 guests) and single folding guest bed (for 1 guest) The studio is also on the first floor of the building and has a double bed, a ktichenette and a bathroom. It can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. Guest access The apartment and the studio are equipped with: • Wi-fi internet • Air-conditioning • Fly screens on all windows/doors • TV • Safe box • Fully equipped Kitchen (fridge, freezer, hob, oven, cooking utensils) • Fresh bed linen and towels The apartment and the studio have their own balcony, which make it a perfect spot to sit and enjoy your breakfast or lunch or just relax under the sunshine. Just opposite to the studio there is an open to all swimming pool of Hotel Olimpia which you can visit. Other things to note "Flexible" check-in/-out policy: We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the property for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off your luggage, and the property will usually be ready by noon or 2pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the property if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
