It has satellite tv, dvd player, wifi. The couches are long and ideal for families to relax in. Attached to the living area is a a guest toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, toaster, microwave and fridge. A washing machine and clothes drying rack is also provided. The villa has cleaning service on request and at a price to be agreed. The pool itself is just over 5 meters long and around 1.5 meters deep. It is framed by pebbles and at the end is Pool sala to rest and relax. Next to the pool there is a row of sun beds to catch a tan on and an outdoor shower area Close to the pool is an outside dinning table. The view from the villa is across the Banyan Tree Golf Course. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized four poster bed and a balcony that has a view over the golf course. It has an attached resort style bathroom with shower, double basin, toilet and bath tub. It also has a walk-in wardrobe with a safe attached. The master bedroom also has satellite tv. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom, toilet and shower, the first bedroom has two single beds, ideal for families. The other bedroom has a queen sized bed and a balcony overlooking the pool. Please note, there is no pool fence surrounding the pool and therefore parents need to observe their children at all times around the pool and ensure that children have appropriate safety and flotation equipment whenever swimming. The drive way has a lockable garage and holds two cars. Spas, shops, car rental, golf course and beaches are all within minutes of the villa.
