Our place is a large self-contained apartment in a complex with a swimming pool and is just 150m from a patrolled beach and the Mermaid Beach Surf Club. We are opposite the Mermaid Beach Tavern, mini golf and the local tavern and have many fantastic cafes and restaurants within short walking distance. We have nearby entertainment, dining and shopping at Pacific Fair, Casino and Broadbeach. There is excellent public transport operating just outside our gate and free undercover parking onsite. The space This is a large 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. There are 2 queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with 2 single beds. The main bedroom has separate air-conditioning, TV in the room, ensuite and balcony access. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and a washing machine and dryer in the laundry. The apartment is available in 1, 2 or 3 bedroom configurations, depending on the number of guests. FREE unlimited WiFi. Guest access The apartment is exclusively yours . Other things to note The holiday unit is the only one in the building not occupied by permanent residents. The building rules must be followed and consideration of the other residents is required. If booking for less than 4 guests not all 3 bedrooms will be available unless requested.
