The space **Welcome to our stylish apartment, located in the heart of Kirchberg village and close to the ski slopes.** The house belongs to renowned self-help author Kurt Gassner. At the entrance, you’ll find a display of his books, which you are welcome to browse for free. If you’d like a signed copy, you can purchase one at a discounted price. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while the spacious living and dining area is perfect for relaxing. Unwind by the fireplace or treat yourself to a moment of serenity in the massage chair! Shops and entertainment are within walking distance, making this the perfect destination for both summer and winter holidays. Parking is safe and convenient at the apartment. For remote workers, we’ve set up a dedicated workspace so you can stay productive while enjoying the beauty of the Kitzbühel Alps. The apartment offers stunning mountain views and is tastefully decorated with artwork from the hosts’ personal collection. Guest access The property is located on the 2nd floor and accessible by a modern lift. Other things to note Welcome to our exclusive accommodations! Experience the convenience of a self-check-in, providing you with maximum flexibility and minimal contact. Please note that our prices do not include the local tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night. From 1st December 2024 the price is increased to 3.50 per person per night. This tax will be collected by our team upon your departure and forwarded to the local tourism association. In return, you will receive a guest card with attractive discounts for numerous activities. For your convenience, we offer a washing machine and dryer. Usage is included once a week, with only a small fee for additional use. Of course, we also provide an information brochure where you can find all the activities for both summer and winter in our region. In our garage, you'll find ample space not only for your winter equipment but also a ski boot warmer to keep your feet pleasantly warm.
